DEVELOPING LEADERS

Pastors and church leaders use Paul as an experienced mentor and a trustworthy partner to coach and guide them in personal growth and practical ministry skills.  One-to-one coaching is available in person or virtual (skype, facetime, etc.)

“I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside Paul Murphy at a number of churches. A gifted leader, Paul is passionate to see leaders and churches thrive. Anchored in a desire to see people experience genuine transformation, Paul’s heart for leadership development is contagious.”

Servant Leader Boot Camp

Servant Leader Boot Camp focuses on the purpose, power, and practice of healthy, biblical leadership. It equips participants for a life of experiencing and serving the Lord no matter what specific role they serve.  Participants will find a renewed spiritual vitality, gain a more clear sense of their own calling, along with “how to skills” that equip them to serve and lead well. Servant Leader Boot Camp is 5 sessions, spread over several months, with hands-on go and do assignments between each session.

Training Emerging Leaders In the Two-thirds Underdeveloped World

Imagine pastoring a church of over 500 persons yet you have no previous pastoral experience and no formal ministry training. That was the challenge in Haiti. In Ghana and Uganda Paul works with over 200 pastor leaders who are part of church planting movements. Almost all are bi-vocational with limited if any pastoral training. In training emerging leaders, Paul trains trainers who then contextualize and pass on the training to others in their surrounding towns and villages.

“The Lord has used your coming to Ghana. You made Christian discipleship simple. Many confess that the training has transformed their life. I felt so refreshed as you shared your experience in life and ministry. I have been able to use the handouts to do training for 18 leaders in a church in Accra. They love the materials so much and they are asking for more of such handouts.”  -  Ghana leader who has planted 52 churches
